Cancellation Policy

Your time and commitment to coaching are valued and respected, and I ask for the same in return. To ensure fairness and clarity, please take note of the following cancellation policy:

 

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being charged, as it’s unlikely I will be able to fill your allocated time at short notice.

• No-shows, where you do not attend the session and no notice is given, will also result in the full session fee being charged.

• I understand that genuine emergencies happen. In these situations, I will do my best to reschedule your session at no additional cost. However, this is at my discretion and applies to unforeseen, exceptional circumstances only.

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled with no loss of fees.

• If, for any reason, I need to reschedule a session, this will only be in extreme or unavoidable circumstances, and of course, there will be no loss of fees.
